Law education, game-based learning and gamification: : a literature systematic review

The gamification techniques and the learning of laws based in games are the new methodologies used as tools to improve the teaching of laws and the pupils’ learning. Aiming to investigate how gamification and the learning based in games are being applied on teaching of laws, especially in Professional and Technological Education, and to find out which approaches and techniques are being used and also the target audience hit, a systematic review of literature was accomplished searching for published works. On results, were found, initially, 47 primary studies and, after the application of inclusion and exclusion criteria, 10 of them were included in this work. After all, it follows that the strategies of gamification and use of games in law education ease the teaching and learning process because of the improvement of pupils’ integration and motivation, and it also modifies teaching practices and makes classes more dynamic and colaborative. In addition, the results confirmed the lack of publications in the area of ​​Professional and Technological Education.
