Design Thinking in the socionomic perspective in favor of the organizational and workers’ health: saúde organizacional e dos trabalhadores

Resumo: This article presents the correlations between the concepts of Jacob Levy Moreno and the Design Thinking method emphasizing the creativity/spontaneity, cultural preservation and empathy/tele conceptions. The text also presents the experience of the interface of those approaches to create Organizational and Workers’ Health actions. This methodological intermodality brings many benefits to the group process considering that it stimulates sociogenesis and sociometry development. Design Thinking, with the potential to provide fluidity to spontaneity and creativity, gets even stronger when worked based on the socionomic perspective once it favors the participants to awareness.

El texto también presenta la experiencia de la interfaz de estos enfoques para generar acciones en la salud organizacional y de los trabajadores. Esta intermodalidad metodológica aporta muchos beneficios al proceso grupal ya que estimula la sociogénesis y el desarrollo de la sociometría. El Design Thinking, con el potencial que tiene para dar fluidez a la espontaneidad y la creatividad, se fortalece aún más cuando se trabaja desde una perspectiva socionómica, ya que favorece la concienciación de los participantes.Este artigo apresenta correlações entre os conceitos de Jacob Levy Moreno e o método do Design Thinking destacando as concepções de criatividade/espontaneidade, conserva cultural e empatia/tele. O texto apresenta também a experiência da interface dessas abordagens para criar ações em saúde organizacional e dos trabalhadores. Essa intermodalidade metodológica traz muitos ganhos ao processo grupal à medida que estimula a sociogênese e o desenvolvimento da sociometria.
