Revisiting teaching practice : EGRESSES’MEMORIES FROM SPECIALIZATION IN TEACHING IN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Resumo: This article establishes a discussion based on the appraisals of egresses of a specialization course offered in the scope of one of the institutes of the Federal Education Network to non-licensed EBTT career teachers. The discussion is promoted based on answers given about the analysis of the course in the interrelation between their professional knowledge before and after their effective participation by the course-teaching staff. The investigation is characterized as qualitative, taking into account a section of a broader study, of a longitudinal character, promoted by the researchers on the professional knowledge of teachers at EPT. In the case of the study, data from a semi-structured questionnaire applied are presented, whose central purpose was to problematize the claims about teaching knowledge from the intersubjective relationship established between course-teachers and teacher-professors in the offer of this 620h course / a, in the semi-presential teaching modality. For this, 6 participants took part in the study. The results show the relevance of continuing teacher education actions, which are not configured as punctual; in addition to the essential inseparability, for this purpose, between the pedagogical knowledge and the professional nature through discussions based on the elevation of the theory-practice binomial in the teaching performance of the EBTT professor. Professional and Technological Education.Este artículo establece una discusión basada en las evaluaciones de los graduados de un curso de especialización ofrecido en el ámbito de uno de los institutos de la Red Federal de Educación a maestros de carrera EBTT sin licencia. La discusión se promueve con base en las respuestas dadas sobre el análisis del curso en la interrelación entre su conocimiento profesional antes y después de su participación efectiva por parte de los profesores del curso. La investigación se caracteriza por ser cualitativa, teniendo en cuenta una sección de un estudio más amplio, de carácter longitudinal, promovida por los investigadores sobre el conocimiento profesional de los docentes del EPT. En el caso del estudio en pantalla, se presentan los datos de un cuestionario semiestructurado aplicado, cuyo objetivo central era problematizar las afirmaciones sobre el conocimiento de la enseñanza a partir de la relación intersubjetiva establecida entre profesores y profesores en la oferta de este curso de 620 horas / a, en la modalidad de enseñanza semipresencial. Para esto, 6 participantes participaron en el estudio. Los resultados muestran la relevancia de las acciones de formación continua del profesorado, que no son puntuales; Además de la inseparabilidad esencial, para este propósito, entre el conocimiento pedagógico y la naturaleza profesional a través de discusiones basadas en la elevación del binomio teoría-práctica en el desempeño docente del profesor EBTT. Educación profesional y tecnológica.O presente artigo estabelece uma discussão pautada nas apreciações de egressos de um curso de especialização ofertado no âmbito de um dos institutos da Rede Federal de Ensino a docentes da carreira EBTT não-licenciados. A discussão é promovida a partir de respostas dadas a respeito da análise do curso na inter-relação entre os seus saberes profissionais antes e após as suas efetivas participações por parte dos cursistas-docentes. A investigação se caracteriza como qualitativa, tendo em conta um recorte de um estudo mais amplo, de caráter longitudinal, promovido pelos pesquisadores sobre os saberes profissionais docentes na EPT. No caso do estudo em tela, são apresentados dados oriundos de um questionário semiestruturado aplicado, cujo propósito central foi de problematizar as alegações acerca dos saberes docentes a partir da relação intersubjetiva estabelecida entre cursistas-docentes e docentes-professores na oferta desse curso de 620h/a, na modalidade semipresencial de ensino. Para tanto, fizeram parte do estudo 6 participantes. Os resultados dispõem a relevância de ações de formação continuada docente, que não se configurem como pontuais; além da imprescindível indissociabilidade, para tal feita, entre os conhecimentos pedagógicos e os de cunho profissional por meio de discussões pautadas na elevação do binômio teoria-prática na atuação docente do professor EBTT.
