Resumo: In Federal Institute of Alagoas, specialized educational assistance to Target-Public Special Education students is carried out through the Specific Educational Needs Assistance Center (NAPNE). In the field of special and inclusive education, it is essential to have a Special Education teacher in the development of activities. Thus, this article aimed to reflect on the need for the work of the EBTT professor at NAPNE in Federal Institute of Alagoas-IFAL, highlighting teamwork and how NAPNE's actions are currently structured. It consists of a documental research, with a qualitative approach. The normative documents referring to the role of NAPNE in the institution were surveyed. The results showed that the Specialized Educational Service is fragile, despite the institutional effort in the face of the existing reality and resources, as the NAPNE sector does not have the presence of specialized technicians who are dedicated only to this activity, in addition to the absence of the special education teacher in the institution's faculty. Currently, NAPNE has, in the vast majority of members, a voluntary nature, in which the servers participate if they want, which makes the adequate service of students precarious. In addition, the PEI, which should be the responsibility of the special education teacher, is placed under the responsibility of NAPNE, without defining the responsible actor, disregarding that the activities of application, monitoring, literacy, literacy and mathematics are teaching activities of special education, because it is an activity that must be performed after school hours and applied by a special education teacher.

En este sentido, en el ámbito de la educación especial e inclusiva, es fundamental contar con un docente de Educación Especial en el desarrollo de las actividades. Por lo tanto, este artículo tuvo como objetivo reflexionar sobre la necesidad del trabajo del profesor EBTT en NAPNE en el ámbito del Instituto Federal de Alagoas-IFAL, destacando el trabajo en equipo y cómo las acciones de NAPNE están estructuradas actualmente. Consiste en una investigación documental, con un enfoque cualitativo. Se relevaron los documentos normativos referentes al rol de NAPNE en la institución. Los resultados mostraron que el Servicio Educativo Especializado es frágil, a pesar del esfuerzo institucional ante la realidad y los recursos existentes, ya que el sector NAPNE no cuenta con la presencia de técnicos especializados que se dediquen únicamente a esta actividad, además de la ausencia del maestro de educación especial en la facultad de la institución. Actualmente, la NAPNE tiene, en la gran mayoría de sus miembros, un carácter voluntario, en el que participan los servidores si así lo desean, lo que facilita la adecuada atención de los estudiantes precarios. Además, el PEI, que debe estar a cargo del docente de educación especial, se coloca bajo la responsabilidad de la NAPNE, sin definir el actor responsable, sin tener en cuenta que las actividades de aplicación, seguimiento, lectoescritura, lectoescritura y matemáticas son actividades de enseñanza de especial interés. educación, porque es una actividad que debe ser realizada fuera del horario escolar y aplicada por un maestro de educación especial.No âmbito do Instituto Federal de Alagoas, o atendimento educacional especializado dos alunos Público-Alvo da Educação Especial faz-se por meio do Núcleo de Atendimento as Necessidades Educacionais Específicas–NAPNE. Dessa forma, este artigo teve como objetivo geral refletir sobre a necessidade do trabalho do professor EBTT no NAPNE no âmbito do Instituto Federal de Alagoas-IFAL, destacando o trabalho em equipe e como são hoje estruturadas as ações do NAPNE. Consiste em uma pesquisa documental, de abordagem qualitativa. Foram levantados os documentos normativos que se referiam ao papel do NAPNE na instituição. Os resultados apontaram que o Atendimento Educacional Especializado se mostra fragilizado, apesar do esforço institucional diante da realidade existente e dos recursos, à medida que não se tem no setor do NAPNE a presença de técnicos especializados lotados que se dediquem apenas a esta atividade, além da ausência do professor de educação especial no corpo de docentes da instituição. Atualmente, o NAPNE tem, na grande maioria dos membros, caráter de voluntariado, o que precariza o atendimento adequado dos estudantes.
