Resumo: | This article brings to mind an experience of municipal public policy on of professional Education integrated with Youth and Adult Education in the elementary school stage. The research aims to highlight the process of construction of local public policy, observing their curricular specificities and their approximation with the national policy of integral training of workers, from 2004 to 2016. The investigation is of a qualitative character, systematized in a profile of document study. In order to organize this methodology, there is a treatment of the profile of the municipal policy and there is an analysis of this experience in compliance with Decree 5154/04 and the Document of the National Program for the Integration of Professional Education with Basic Education in the Youth and Adult Education modality (PROEJA). Thus, the systematization started from the specific documents of the municipality under study and from the documents of the national policies mentioned. The reflection is based on the analysis of the categories integral training and work as an educational principle. The theoretical framework is affiliated with the concept of critical-humanistic education. The conclusion showed that the municipal policy was close to the national policy, as it presented a commitment to educating workers in an emancipatory perspective, based on the founding principles of integral training, besides, it elucidated their own paths, portraying curricular specificities that proposal of Professional Education of critical basis. |

La investigación tiene como objetivo resaltar el proceso de construcción de políticas públicas locales, observando sus especificidades curriculares y su aproximación con la política nacional de formación integral de trabajadores, de 2004 a 2016. La investigación es de carácter cualitativo, sistematizada en un perfil. de estudio de documentos. Para organizar esta metodología, se hace un tratamiento del perfil de la política municipal y se analiza esta experiencia en cumplimiento del Decreto 5154/04 y el Documento del Programa Nacional para la Integración de la Educación Profesional con la Educación Básica en la modalidad de Educación de Jóvenes y Adultos. (PROEJA). Así, la sistematización partió de los documentos específicos del municipio en estudio y de los documentos de las políticas nacionales mencionadas. La reflexión se fundamenta en el análisis de las categorías formación integral y trabajo como principio educativo. El marco teórico está afiliado al concepto de educación crítico-humanista. La conclusión mostró que la política municipal estaba cerca de la política nacional, ya que presentaba un compromiso con la educación de los trabajadores en una perspectiva emancipadora, basada en los principios fundacionales de la formación integral. significativo para una propuesta de Educación Profesional crítica.O presente artigo traz em memória uma experiência de política pública municipal de Educação Profissional integrada com a Educação de Jovens e Adultos na etapa do Ensino Fundamental. A pesquisa objetiva evidenciar o processo de construção da política pública local, observando suas especificidades curriculares e sua aproximação com a política nacional de formação integral de trabalhadores (as), no período de 2004 a 2016. A investigação é de caráter qualitativo, sistematizada num perfil de estudo de documentos. Para organização dessa metodologia tem-se um tratamento do perfil da política municipal e há uma análise dessa experiência em atenção ao Decreto 5154/04 e ao Documento do Programa Nacional de Integração da Educação Profissional com a Educação Básica na modalidade da Educação de Jovens e Adultos (PROEJA). Assim, a sistematização partiu dos documentos específicos do município em estudo e dos documentos das políticas nacionais citadas. A reflexão está fundamentada na análise das categorias formação integral e trabalho como princípio educativo. O referencial teórico filia-se a concepção de educação critico-humanística.
