Resumo: | The History of Professional and Technological Education (PTE) in Amapá has gaps in terms of the adequacy of the course curricula to the guiding norms for creating and developing these curricula. Therefore, as a research problem, it was investigated: what are the historical bases of the PTE legislation, offered in Amapá, since the creation of the Federal Territory? As an objective, we sought to understand the conceptual bases that ran through the PTE curriculum to contribute to the study of professional education in Amapá. Methodologically, bibliographic and documentary research was used to outline the educational norms of each period, the history of Amapá's professional technical schools, and their official curricula, as well as to collect data on how the legislation was put into practice in the classroom. From this research, it is expected to contribute to broadening the debate on the curriculum of professional education in Amapá, its tools, conceptual bases, mistakes and successes of each historical phase, and relevant legislation for the construction of a curricular profile of professional education in Amapá more suited to local needs and requirements, with their peculiarities and adversities. |

Como problema de investigación se investigó: ¿cuáles son las bases históricas de la legislación de la EPT, ofrecida en Amapá, desde la creación del Territorio Federal? Como objetivo se buscó comprender las bases conceptuales que recorrían el currículo de la EPT, para contribuir al estudio de la formación profesional en Amapá. Metodológicamente, se utilizó la investigación bibliográfica y documental para delinear las normas educativas de cada período, la historia de las escuelas técnicas profesionales de Amapá y sus planes de estudio oficiales, así como para recopilar datos sobre cómo se puso en práctica la legislación en las aulas. A partir de esta investigación se espera contribuir a ampliar el debate sobre el currículo de la formación profesional en Amapá, sus herramientas, bases conceptuales, desaciertos y aciertos de cada etapa histórica, legislación relevante para la construcción de un perfil curricular de la formación profesional en Amapá. más adecuado a las necesidades y requerimientos locales, con sus peculiaridades y adversidades.A História da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (EPT) no Amapá apresenta lacunas quanto à adequação dos currículos dos cursos às normas balizadoras de criação e desenvolvimento desses currículos. Como problema de pesquisa, investigou-se: quais as bases históricas da legislação da EPT, ofertada no Amapá, desde a criação do Território Federal? Como objetivo, buscou-se compreender as bases conceituais que percorreram o currículo da EPT, para contribuir com o estudo da educação profissional amapaense. Metodologicamente, fez-se uso da pesquisa bibliográfica, documental, para traçar as normas educacionais de cada período, a história das escolas técnicas profissionais do Amapá e de seus currículos oficiais, assim como, para coletar dados de como a legislação foi posta em prática em sala de aula.
