STAKEHOLDERS THEORY: A STUDY OF THEIR ACADEMIC PRODUCTION BIBLIOMETRIC DISCLOSED IN NATIONAL JOURNAL FROM 1999 TO 2013

The aim of this study was to map the academic production of stakeholders theme from 1999 to 2013 in national journals in the fields of management, accounting and tourism. Methodologically, it was a documentary, bibliometric and social network research. 54 articles on the subject now investigated were identified. The main results were: evolution of the theme in the final since 2010; the JIAE, JAS, Pretext and JCM, stood out in periodicals publication of articles on stakeholders. There was a predominance of articles published in partnership; the authors Costa and Gomes were the most profitable. Regarding HEIs, the most productive were: USP, Uninove and Univali. Regarding the references, the author Freeman, was the most cited, especially with his "strategic management: a stakeholder approach." And the most viewed topics in the 54 manuscripts were published: public management, social responsibility, tourism, environmental management, ethics and corporate governance.
