Resumo: The study aims to analyze the main demands and care models used by 72 psychologists in Elementary Education, Federal Institutes and Federal Universities in the state of Piauí, Northeast of Brazil, through a content analysis of three databases the Study Group on Human Development, Educational Psychology and School Complaints (PSIQUED) in the last five years; they are, Bank 1: Psychologists inserted in Basic Education; Bank 2: Psychologists working in Federal Institutes (IFs); Bank 3: Psychologists at Federal Universities (UFs). The results obtained in view of the main demands are related to mental and emotional health and learning processes; the most used care models were the clinical and institutional models, respectively. Concluding that there is still little development of the critical practice of the educational model, and despite the fact that most of the actions have a clinical character, there is a potentiating look towards the advancement of institutional practice.

Concluding that there is still little development of the critical practice of the educational model, and despite the fact that most of the actions have a clinical character, there is a potentiating look towards the advancement of institutional practice.O estudo tem como objetivo analisar quais as principais demandas e os modelos de atendimento utilizados por 72 psicólogas inseridas na Educação Básica, nos Institutos Federais e nas Universidades Federais do estado do Piauí, Nordeste do Brasil, por meio de uma análise de conteúdo de três bancos de dados do Núcleo de Estudo em Desenvolvimento Humano, Psicologia Educacional e Queixa Escolar (PSIQUED) nos últimos cinco anos; sendo eles, Banco 1: Psicólogas inseridas na Educação Básica; Banco 2: Psicólogas inseridas nos Institutos Federais (IFs); Banco 3: Psicólogas inseridas nas Universidades Federais (UFs). Os resultados obtidos frente as principais demandas estão relacionadas à saúde mental e emocional e aos processos de aprendizagem; os modelos de atendimento mais utilizados foram os modelos clínico e institucional, respectivamente.
