This research work was carried out in the public Federal hospital, which is a national reference in diagnostics and therapy of high complexity in Orthopedics. Data collection was based on the technical analysis of documents, including information and material management based on users demands contained in the records of the Ombudsman Service about 2009, totaling 3,895 statements. The statements received were classified in this study by the nature of the message: Praise, request for information, complaint, suggestions and denounce. This study considered the importance of Ombudsman Service for the improvement of nursing performance, considering the contributions taken from the context of demands, and that the interdisciplinary relationship enables us to perceive and evaluate the needs highlighted. |
