Resumo: In this article, we analyze the changes and permanences in two graduate programs in Sociology at the University of Campinas (Unicamp), based on empirical research with testimonies given by 11 professors, which was complemented and confronted with statistical and documentary information and bibliographic research. For this, initially, we reconstruct the history of the Graduate Programs in Sociology and in Social Sciences at Unicamp, in order to, in a second moment, outline the teaching career of the professors who work in these Graduate Programs. The analysis of changes and permanences of those programs informs more general changes and permanences of Brazilian graduate, that is, respectively, the injunctions of the CAPES model of evaluation and the inequalities between the sexes in the teaching career.

Para isso, inicialmente, reconstruímos a história dos Programas de Pós-graduação em Sociologia e em Ciências Sociais da Unicamp para, num segundo momento, delineamos as carreiras docentes dos professores que trabalham nesses Programas de Pós-graduação.
