Resumo: The new policies for the indians people, stablished after the legal acceptance of the ethnical cultural diversity part of Brazilian State, has been built from the interculturality, diversity and bilingualism principles The practices resulted from this new conception, hasn't been analysed enough. This paper intents to make a reflection of the denominated new ways of intercultural dialogues, intending to discuss the conception of interculturality itself and the possibilities of using the citizenship category, based on the policies of health and education for the Indians people.

As práticas decorrentes dessa nova concepção, ainda incipientes, não têm sido suficientemente analisadas.
