From the habitus to an individual heritage of dispositions. Towards a sociology at the level of the individual

The objective of this article is to reflect on the form that the social is incorporated by individuals by examining the role of institutions, groups and force camps in particular situations. Few questions serve as an outline of text elaboration: how do external realities are presented in a more or less heterogeneous behavior of individuals? How do different socialization experiences are incorporated and are installed em intervals of individual biographies? By maintaining an intense critical dialogue with the sociology of Pierre Bourdieu through the concept of habitus, the author proposes to deepen the economics of individualized social logic, presuming that sociology is interested in individuals (not as atoms, but as a complex product of multiple social processes). In such a perspective, Bernard Lahire criticizes the actor, action and cognition models, implicit and explicit in the social sciences dominion.
