Uso de simulação na consulta de enfermagem ao paciente hipertenso para acadêmicos

Resumo: Within primary health care the nurse has as main function the nursing consultation (CE) and, in order to perform it, the nurse needs adequate training. Among the nursing attributions related to the nursing consultation regarding the Family Health Strategy (ESF), the care practice is the person with hypertension, which requires critical reasoning and multidisciplinary living. Regarding this adequate training, we can observe practices such as realistic simulation, much used in health to improve skills and techniques. The general objective of this study is to evaluate the performance and satisfaction of nursing students in a nursing consultation in hypertension through the simulation. It is a descriptive, cross-sectional, quantitative approach. The practices were carried out in the Nursing Department of the Federal University of Ceará, in the nursing practice laboratory; the material used was from the laboratory itself. The study sample was 31 students. In the study we used the clinical scenarios simulation guidelines for nurses' training defined by Waxman, which is done by 5 steps. In the last stage the students had the opportunity to self-evaluate and reflect on the process. After this period of reflection, the students answered a questionnaire based on the foundations of the Pedagogical Political Project of the mentioned Nursing course, identifying the acquired competences throughout the simulation; there was also a questionnaire about the personal aspects of the student, such as age and semester. The analysis was made from the insertion of data in the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS, Chicago, United States), version 22. This project was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Ceará with no 2.251.160 . The survey consisted mostly of female students. The students' satisfaction with the proposed methodology was observed, in which the value was reached above 80% in all proposed dimensions. However, they had a lower yield than expected, with most values below 86%, which means that the performance was not adequately developed in the simulation. Through the study it was possible to observe the students' needs and peculiarities regarding teaching-learning and the use of differentiated methodologies such as realistic simulation. The study reached satisfactorily the objectives set.

The study reached satisfactorily the objectives set.Dentro da atenção primária à saúde o enfermeiro tem como principal função a realização da consulta de enfermagem (CE) e, para realizá-la, o enfermeiro necessita de capacitação adequada. Dentre as atribuições do enfermeiro referente à consulta de enfermagem no tocante à Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) se encontra a prática assistencial a pessoa com hipertensão, que exige raciocínio crítico e convívio multidisciplinar. Referente a essa capacitação adequada, podemos observar práticas como a simulação realística, muito utilizada na área da saúde para aprimorar as habilidades e técnicas. O objetivo geral desse estudo é avaliar o desempenho e satisfação de alunos da enfermagem em uma consulta de enfermagem em hipertensão arterial através da simulação. Trata- se de um estudo do tipo descritivo, transversal, de abordagem quantitativa. As práticas foram realizadas no Departamento de Enfermagem da Universidade Federal do Ceará, no laboratório de práticas de Enfermagem; o material utilizado foi do próprio laboratório. A amostra do estudo foi de 31 alunos. No estudo foram utilizadas as diretrizes da simulação de cenários clínicos para formação de enfermeiros definido por Waxman, que é feita por 5 etapas. Na última etapa os alunos tiveram a oportunidade de se auto avaliar e refletir sobre o processo. Após esse período de reflexão, os alunos responderam a um questionário baseado nos fundamentos do Projeto Político Pedagógico do referido curso de Enfermagem, identificando as competências adquiridas ao longo da simulação; houve também um questionário sobre os aspectos pessoais do aluno, como idade e semestre. A análise foi feita a partir da inserção dos dados no Programa Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS, Chicago, Estados Unidos), versão 22. Este projeto foi aprovado pelo Comitê de ética em pesquisa da Universidade Federal do Ceará com no 2.251.160. A pesquisa foi composta em maioria por estudantes do sexo feminino. Foi observada a satisfação dos alunos com a metodologia proposta, no qual foi atingido o valor acima de 80% em todas as dimensões propostas. Entretanto, os mesmos tiveram um rendimento inferior ao esperado, com a maioria dos valores abaixo de 86%, o que significa que não foi desenvolvido o desempenho de forma adequada na simulação. Através do estudo foi possível observar as necessidades e peculiaridades dos alunos frente ao ensino-aprendizagem e o uso de metodologias diferenciadas como a simulação realística.
