Technological changes have an impact on different business sectors, given that many companies are looking for systems that help in their development and consolidation in the market. The service provision sector is no different, needing to add value to its activity, companies find in integrated management systems the possibility to monitor their activity and visualize new opportunities in the market. This work has as a general objective to know the challenges generated by the implantation of an integrated management system in the internal processes of a company that provides outsourced labor services. The methodology used was exploratory research, the technical procedure was the case study, and the research instruments were the documentary analysis of available manuals and interviews with those involved in the process. The study presents the benefits and difficulties observed by the project manager and the key users of the implementation in the company, such as the restructuring of processes and the division of duties; and also the difficulties, such as organizational changes and data migration problems. The research makes it possible to conclude that the studied company did not carry out planning for the changes that occurred throughout the process and ended up accelerating the activities, jeopardizing the success of the system. In addition, errors in data migration, impaired the functionality of the system and ended up generating greater resistance in relation to use, the company did not carry out planning for the changes that occurred throughout the process and ended up accelerating the activities, jeopardizing the success of the system.
