Resumo: Bullying is a global phenomenon that has constituted itself since the emergence of life in society. Thus the research theme is justified, firstly because of its relevance and because it is a crime that can generate serious and irreversible consequences for the victim; Then by the desire to expose this theme in the daily reality of the executive secretary. Thus, the question that the research proposes is: How is the scenario of the practice of moral harassment with the professional of Executive Secretariat? The general objective is to analyze the scenario of possible bullying in the Executive Secretariat profession. The methodology adopted for the accomplishment of the research was the descriptive one of qualitative and quantitative approach, through a field research in three phases. In the first phase an interview was carried out with an Executive Secretariat professional victim of bullying; In the second phase, with a representative of the Union of Secretaries and Secretaries of the State of Ceará; And finally, questionnaires were applied to professionals from the Executive Secretariat area all over Brazil who participate in groups on Facebook and Whatsapp, where 137 returns were obtained with representativeness of at least one state from each region of Brazil. For the analysis phase of the data collected, the content analysis methodology was used. As a result, it was observed that the practice of moral harassment is common among the Executive Secretariat professionals participating in the research and that most of the times the harasser is the direct superior to this professional, besides the consequences are mainly related to stress and others Problems that impact both personal healthaffecting and professional life affecting productivity and relationships in the workplace. Therefore, it is necessary that new research be undertaken within this theme, in order to make aware and prevent that the practice of moral harassment happens to the professionals of Executive Secretariat.

Assim a temática da pesquisa justifica-se, primeiramente por sua relevância e por se tratar de um crime que pode gerar consequências sérias e irreversíveis para a vítima; em seguida pelo desejo de expor essa temática no real cotidiano do secretário executivo. Dessa forma, a questão que a pesquisa se propõe é: Como está o cenário da prática de assédio moral junto ao profissional de Secretariado Executivo? Tem-se por objetivo geral: analisar o cenário do possível assédio moral na profissão de Secretariado Executivo. A metodologia adotada para a realização da pesquisa foi a descritiva de abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, através de uma pesquisa de campo em três fases. Na primeira fase foi realizada entrevista junto a uma profissional de Secretariado Executivo vítima de assédio moral; na segunda fase, com uma representante do Sindicato das Secretárias e Secretários do Estado do Ceará; e por fim, foram aplicados questionários junto a profissionais da área de Secretariado Executivo de todo o Brasil que participam de grupos no Facebook e Whatsapp, onde se obteve 137 retornos com representatividade de pelo menos um estado de cada região do Brasil. Para a etapa de análise dos dados coletados foi utilizada a metodologia de análise de conteúdo. Como resultado constatou-se que a prática do assédio moral é comum entre os profissionais de Secretariado Executivo participantes da pesquisa e que na maioria das vezes o assediador é o superior direto a esse profissional, além do que as consequências estão relacionadas principalmente ao estresse e outros problemas que impactam tanto na vida pessoal afetando a saúde, como a profissional afetando a produtividade e relacionamentos no ambiente de trabalho.
