Resumo: Studies reveal that CO2 concentrations in atmosphere increased in the centuries after the Industrial Revolution driven mainly by economic and population growth. This gas, along with others, intensifies the Greenhouse Effect in the terrestrial atmosphere, causing serious negative environmental impacts. Since the 1960s, concern on the environment began to gain importance due to the publication of a study on negative environmental impacts caused by anthropogenic action. During the following decades, the concept of sustainability was developed, aiming at an economically viable, socially just and environmentally correct scenario. The main objective of this paper is to analyze how the Green Logistics practice of optimizing routes in the distribution of a beverage company's products can impact the consumption of fossil fuels. To this end, spreadsheets from January to September 2018 with data collected in the day-to-day operation of a Direct Distribution Center of the company's study focus were analyzed to understand how the implementation of optimization of routes influenced fossil fuel consumption and other. After the analysis, it was not possible to notice a significant reduction in fuel consumption after the optimization of routes implementation, since several factors interfere in the result. It was suggested to carry out future work to understand the extent of the impacts of route optimization on various goals and indicators of the company. As well as suggestions to be adopted by the company to increase the visibility of environmental aspects with employees.

Tal gás, juntamente com outros, intensificam o Efeito Estufa na atmosfera terrestre, causando graves impactos ambientais negativos. A partir da década de 1960, a preocupação com o meio ambiente começou a ganhar importância, devido a publicação de um estudo sobre impactos ambientais negativos causados pela ação antrópica. No decorrer das décadas seguintes, desenvolveu-se o conceito de sustentabilidade, que visa um cenário economicamente viável, socialmente justo e ambientalmente correto. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo principal analisar como a prática de Logística Verde de otimização de rotas na distribuição de produtos de uma empresa de bebidas pode impactar o consumo de combustíveis fósseis. Para tal, planilhas eletrônicas do período de Janeiro a Setembro de 2018 com dados coletados no dia-a-dia da operação de um Centro de Distribuição Direta da empresa foco do estudo foram analisados para compreender como a implantação de otimização de rotas influenciou no consumo de combustível fóssil e outros indicadores. Após as análises realizadas, de modo geral, não foi possível notar uma redução significativa no consumo de combustível após a implantação da otimização de rotas, visto que vários fatores interferem no resultado. Fez-se a sugestão de realização de trabalhos futuros para compreender a extensão dos impactos da otimização de rotas em diversas metas e indicadores da empresa. Bem como a sugestões a serem adotadas pela empresa para aumentar a visibilidade de aspectos ambientais junto aos colaboradores.Los estudios muestran que las concentraciones de CO2 en la atmósfera aumentaron en los siglos posteriores a la Revolución Industrial, impulsadas principalmente por el crecimiento económico y de la población. Tal gas, junto con otros, intensifica el efecto invernadero en la atmósfera de la tierra, causando graves impactos ambientales negativos. A partir de la década de 1960, la preocupación por el medio ambiente comenzó a ganar importancia debido a la publicación de un estudio sobre los impactos ambientales negativos causados por la acción antrópica. Durante las siguientes décadas, se desarrolló el concepto de sostenibilidad, que apunta a un escenario económicamente viable, socialmente justo y ambientalmente racional. Este documento tiene como objetivo analizar cómo la práctica de la logística verde de la optimización de rutas en la distribución de productos de una empresa de bebidas puede afectar el consumo de combustibles fósiles. Con este fin, se analizaron hojas de cálculo de enero a septiembre de 2018 con datos del día a día recopilados de la operación del Centro de Distribución Directa de una empresa del foco del estudio para comprender cómo el despliegue de la optimización de ruta influyó en el consumo de combustibles fósiles y otros indicadores. Después del análisis, en general, no fue posible notar una reducción significativa en el consumo de combustible después de la implementación de la optimización de ruta, ya que varios factores interfieren en el resultado. Se sugirió un trabajo futuro para comprender el alcance de los impactos de la optimización de ruta en varios objetivos e indicadores de la compañía. Así como sugerencias a ser adoptadas por la empresa para aumentar la visibilidad de los aspectos ambientales con los empleados.Des études montrent que les concentrations de CO2 dans l'atmosphère ont augmenté au cours des siècles qui ont suivi la révolution industrielle, en raison principalement de la croissance économique et de la croissance démographique. Ce gaz, avec d’autres, intensifie l’effet de serre sur l’atmosphère terrestre, ce qui a de graves répercussions sur l’environnement. À partir des années 1960, la préoccupation pour l’environnement a commencé à gagner en importance avec la publication d’une étude sur les impacts négatifs de l’action anthropique sur l’environnement. Au cours des décennies suivantes, le concept de durabilité a été mis au point. Il vise un scénario économiquement viable, socialement juste et écologiquement rationnel. Cet article a pour objectif d’analyser l’incidence de la pratique de la logistique verte sur l’optimisation des itinéraires dans la distribution des produits d’une entreprise de boissons, sur la consommation de combustibles fossiles. À cette fin, des tableurs de janvier à septembre 2018 contenant des données quotidiennes recueillies lors du fonctionnement du centre de distribution directe d'une entreprise du domaine d'étude ont été analysés pour comprendre comment le déploiement de l'optimisation de la route a influencé la consommation de combustibles fossiles et autres indicateurs. Après l'analyse, en général, il n'a pas été possible de constater une réduction significative de la consommation de carburant après la mise en œuvre de l'optimisation de l'itinéraire, car plusieurs facteurs interféraient dans le résultat. Des travaux futurs ont été suggérés pour comprendre l’ampleur des impacts de l’optimisation des itinéraires sur divers objectifs et indicateurs de la société.
