Resumo: Emancipation is to overcome the constraints and limitations of one's realization. Autonomy is the path that will lead to realization. Reason is the instrument supposedly able to overcome the constraints to the benefit of all, promising a social order of each and every one, it's the guarantee of emancipation. Education, politics and rights are under the spell of the libertarian dream. Rethink the rationalist reductionism, reconsider the limits of reason, for lack of univocal, universal, provability and full intelligibility of humanistic briefs; reconsider autonomy as a power-law and heteronomy as counter-power limiting of the claims of the strongest is the effort that undertakes in this essay.

A autonomia é a senda que conduzirá à sua realização. A razão é o instrumento supostamente capaz de afastar os constrangimentos em proveito de todos, prometendo um ordenamento social de todos e de cada um; é a fiadora da emancipação. A educação, a política e o Direito vivem sob o fascínio do sonho libertário.
