Resumo: The author studied the notions of justice and violence that are defined in situational and relational modes. Examined the binomial violence-justice as an anthropological relationship between fact and law; and between the real models of observed behavior and ideal norms, or supposedly the notion that an occurred act in governance is the right act. From a theoretical perspective, the article discusses the appropriatness of violence and justice terms - presented in this paper - to the notion of social or collective representation.
