Resumo: The objective of this article is "to analyze the possible connections between the reform of High School, more specifically, the legal order proposed by law 13.415/17, the demands of Capital and the expectations of middle class". Starting with problematization that the State expects to guide the changes in High School, in order to form consensus for the positions of dominant class, so that students of subordinate classes associate the realization of their dreams of a better future, with a education linked to capital interests, the continuity of valorization processes regarding value. Meaning that the capitalist production process that explores them, remains as a possible horizon in the immediate future, without further resistance. Through a literature review and shared experiences, we track our analysis highlighting the effects of High School reform, the influence of the Popular Democratic Strategy on Education, the State and social classes.

Partimos da problematização de que o Estado, procura orientar as alterações no Ensino Médio, no sentido de construir o consenso para as posições da classe dominante, para que, os estudantes das classes subalternas associem a realização de seus sonhos de um futuro melhor, a uma educação atrelada aos interesses do capital, a continuidade dos processos de valorização do valor. Ou seja, que o processo capitalista de produção que os explora, permaneça como horizonte possível no futuro imediato, sem maiores resistências. Por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica, pesquisa de campo e de relatos de experiência, traçamos nossa análise destacando os efeitos Reforma do Ensino Médio, a influência da Estratégia Democrática Popular na Educação, Estado e classes sociais.El objetivo del presente artículo es “analizar las posibles conexiones entre Reforma de la Enseñanza Media, específicamente el ordenamiento propuesto por la Ley 13.415/17, las demandas del Capital y las expectativas de la burguesía”. Partimos de la problematización de que el Estado busca orientar las modificaciones de la Enseñanza Media en el sentido de construir el consenso hacia las posiciones de la clase dominante para que los estudiantes de las clases subalternas asocien la realización de sus sueños de un futuro mejor a una educación vinculada a los intereses del capital, a la continuidad de los procesos de valorización del valor. Es decir, que el proceso capitalista de producción que los explota permanezca como horizonte posible en el futuro inmediato, sin mayores resistencias.
