Resumo: The semi-mechanized harvest consists of the removal of the spike done by hand, after the manual harvest, the spikes are taken to the thrashing at a thrashing machine. The thrashing is the process in which the grain is separated from the spike of the corn, is the last stage of the producing therefore is necessary to prevent losses in this process. The goal of this study is to evaluate the losses and the purity analysis on the corn thrashing machine, verifying the quality of the semi-mechanized harvest of the corn in function of the variation of the moisture determination of the grains and the opening of the concave. The evaluations were realized in the mechanization experimental area belonging to the Núcleo Integrado de Mecanização e Projetos Agrículas of the Universidade Federal do Ceará. It was utilized a stationary thresher Maqtron, model B-150 with toothed cylinder, connected to a tractor 4x2, model Massey Ferguson 265, power of 47,80 kW (65hp). The treatments were made by two moistures U1- 20% and U2 – 14,5%; and five openings of the concave, C1 – 64,73 mm, C2 – 70,37 mm, C3 – 70,6 mm, C4 – 78, 93 mm and C5 – 83,1 mm. The experimental design used was complete randomized blocks (DIC), in a 2x5 factorial arrangement in 4 replications, resulting in 40 treatments. The parameters evaluated were: damaged seeds (SD), inert material (MI), pure seeds (SP), losses in the feeding system (PSA), losses at the remove-straw area (PSP), Threshing (RE) and total losses (PT). The data was submitted to an analysis of variance and when significant was submitted to a 5% of probability Tukey test for average comparison. The data was also submitted to a regression analysis of variance for the two moistures at the threshing moment in function of the concave openings, when significant, was submitted to a 5% of probability and bigger determination coefficient F test determining the adjusted regression curves. For the validation of the models was realized a analysis of residue. It was concluded that the higher quality of the process of semi-mechanized harvest of corn is obtained with moisture of 14.5% associated with the opening of the concave of 83,1mm.

Após o processo de colheita, é realizada a debulha mecanizada do milho na trilhadora, essa máquina é responsável pela separação dos grãos da espiga, sendo essa a última etapa do processo de produção, portanto torna-se necessário evitar perdas nessa etapa. Objetivou-se com esse trabalho avaliar as perdas quantitativas e a Análise de Pureza na trilha do milho, verificando a qualidade da colheita semimecanizada de milho, em função da variação da umidade dos grãos e da abertura do côncavo. As avaliações foram realizadas na área experimental de mecanização pertencente ao Núcleo Integrado de Mecanização e Projetos Agrícolas da Universidade Federal do Ceará. Foi utilizado uma trilhadora estacionária de grãos da marca Maqtron, modelo B-150 com cilindro dentado, acoplada ao trator 4x2, modelo Massey Ferguson 265, com potência de 47,80 kW (65 cv). Os tratamentos foram constituídos por duas umidades, U1 – 20% e U2 – 14,5%, e cinco aberturas do côncavo, C1 – 64,73 mm, C2 – 70,37 mm, C3 – 70,6 mm, C4 – 78,93 mm e C5 – 83,1 mm. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi inteiramente casualizado (DIC), em arranjo fatorial 2x5 com 4 repetições, totalizando 40 tratamentos. Os parâmetros avaliados foram: sementes danificadas (SD), material inerte (MI), sementes puras (SP), perdas no sistema de alimentação (PSA), perdas no saca palha (PSP), retrilha (RE) e perdas totais (PT). Os dados foram submetidos à análise de variância e quando significativos foi aplicado o teste de Tukey a 5% de probabilidade para comparação das médias. Os dados também foram submetidos a regressão para as duas umidades no momento da trilha em função das aberturas do côncavo, quando significativas pelo teste F a 5% de probabilidade e maior coeficiente de determinação determinou-se as curvas de regressão ajustadas. Para validação dos modelos foi realizada a análise de resíduo.
