In university education it is possible to constitute not only intellectual knowledge, but also professional, social and citizen preparation. It is considered that undergraduate or individual are able to act more actively in society, through actions of University Social Responsibility that contribute to the formation of social awareness. This paper aims to analyze how contributions of participation in actions of University Social Responsibility for the formation of social awareness of students, in the perception of students of the Executive Secretariat of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC). To this end, a qualitative and descriptive research was conducted, based on a theoretical and documentary survey and a field study with the participation of four student representatives from the Federal Secretariat of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC). As a research technique, define a reflective interview and use a script as an instrument. For an analysis of the information, all the statements were grouped, according to meaning units and categories of analysis. It concluded, therefore, that, as contributions of participation in actions of University Social Responsibility for the formation of the social conscience of the student, in the perception of the students of the Executive Secretariat of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), are linked to the accomplishment of the teaching, research and extension, as well as in the interpersonal relationships that project in the internal and external scope of the course. It is considered a medium University, mainly extension University, by intensity of intense involvement of being with its environment and creating spaces for thinking, questioning and answering certain unknowns. that impact the formation of the social conscience of future professionals. Based on the participants' perception, it was noticed that participating in University Social Responsibility actions provides contact with different people and, in this way, or broadens their vision about society, generates empathy, change and respect for differences and a sense of responsibility towards the individual. another, culminating in the development of a social conscience.
