Resumo: There is an understanding among researchers on the importance of increasing agricultural productivity in Ceará and, therefore, it is necessary the realization of additional studies about the effects of production factors in relation to productive returns to identify in which municipalities are most significant. In thus sense, this work aims to realize the analysis of the production factors, regarding the technical efficiency and the technological heterogeneity of agriculture in 115 municipalities im Ceará. The data are secondary, compiled from the 2017 Brazilian Agropecuary Census. As an analysis instrument, it 1s used the model of stochastic production frontier in a Cobb-Douglas functional form admitting technical imefficiency. Based on the results, it is concluded that the municipalities of Ceará presented low technical efficiency and strong technological heterogeneity, while the most important production factors for the increase productive were the technology of saving land, labor and capital. With main conclusion, it appears that agriculture in Ceará is more intensive in production inputs and labor and the use of irrigation technologies has acted in reducing technical inefficiency.

Para tanto, é necessário a realização de mais estudos sobre os efeitos dos fatores de produção sobre os retornos produtivos, a fim de identificar em quais municípios são mais significativos. Neste sentido, este trabalho objetiva realizar a análise dos fatores de produção quanto a eficiência técnica e a heterogeneidade tecnológica da agropecuária de 115 dos estabelecimentos rurais dos municípios cearenses. . Os dados são secundários e compilados do Censo Agropecuário de 2017. Como instrumento de análise utiliza-se o modelo de fronteira de produção estocástica em sua forma funcional Cobb-Douglas, admitindo ineficiência técnica. Com base nos resultador, conclui-se que os municípios cearenses apresentaram baixa eficiência técnica e forte heterogeneidade tecnológica, enquanto os fatores de produção mais importantes para o aumento produtivo foram à tecnologia poupadora de terra, pessoal ocupado e capital.
