This work aims to present a creation, development and organization of the extension project "Office of Integrated Projects in Engineering" belonging to the Department of Academic and Technological Integration of the Federal University of Ceará, as well as to highlight the motivations and results inherent in the management of project. Originally, the project was considered as a group of studies of BIM methodology, thus, it was necessary to legitimize the group as an extension project in order to remedy the problems observed. Currently, EPE acts as a project office that uses a BIM methodology, modeling the UFC buildings, with collaboration from the university's infrastructure sector, promoting collaborative learning and developing member projects, and generating results, contributing to an asset improvement. In addition, the program promotes activities that bring students closer to the Technology Center for the aforementioned Methodology. The evaluation of the are the executational are the educational academic, for a universally federal of Ceará and for the technological community.
