Resiliência no ambiente organizacional: uma avaliação de perspectivas

Resumo: | Mastery of emotions within the workplace has become necessary as people need each other to achieve results and accomplish goals, as well as overcome adversities and overcome obstacles. Resilience is conceptualized as being the behavioral competence where it makes the individual resistant to changes and situations of suffering, without loss of their abilities, having relevance in the organizational development. The present study sought to answer the question: is the resilient posture at work related to a good professional performance? The overall goal is to identify how resilience impacts professional performance in organizations. The theoretical basis of this study had as main references the themes related to the study of emotions, as well as the resilience, besides the professional profile required by the organizations. A qualitative and descriptive research was developed, and a bibliographic analysis was carried out with four articles dealing with organizational resilience, available in the virtual library of the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), published in the triennium 2015-2017, where similarities and differences between these articles were drawn with the content brought by the revised literature. Through data analysis, it was found that resilience is present in organizations that wish to recover from crises and situations of rupture with stability and increasing evolution, besides being a competence for managers and their teams that are in search of positive results in through adversity. It was concluded that resilience is important in organizations, because as internal and external environments change, organizations and the professional themselves are adjusted so that they do not become emotionally unbalanced and can obtain positive responses in the midst of crises and reversals. |

Conceitua-se a resiliência como sendo a competência comportamental que torna o indivíduo resistente a mudanças e situações de sofrimento, sem perda de suas capacidades, tendo relevância no desenvolvimento organizacional. O presente estudo buscou responder ao questionamento: a postura resiliente no trabalho está relacionada a um bom desempenho profissional? O objetivo geral consiste em identificar como a resiliência impacta no desempenho profissional nas organizações. O embasamento teórico deste estudo teve como principais referências os temas relacionados ao estudo das emoções, bem como da resiliência, além do perfil profissional requerido pelas organizações. Foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa qualitativa e descritiva, sendo realizada uma análise bibliográfica com quatro artigos que tratam sobre resiliência organizacional, disponibilizados na biblioteca virtual da Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), publicados no triênio 2015-2017, onde foram traçadas semelhanças e diferenças entre estes artigos com o conteúdo trazido pela literatura revisada. Através da análise dos dados, constatou-se que a resiliência está presente nas organizações que desejam se recuperar de crises e situações de ruptura com estabilidade e evolução crescente, além de ser uma competência para gestores e suas equipes que estão em busca de resultados positivos em meio a adversidades.
