The Supply Centers are points of physical concentration of production of vegetables and fruits from different regions of the country. Much of the marketing of vegetables, fruits and flowers in Brazil have occurred through the Central Supply. The aim of this study was to characterize traders Ceasa-CE from the perspective of those who operate there, trying to identify the profile of wholesalers allocated there. For this purpose were applied questionnaires to the traders. The results showed that most of the traders are male. The level of education of traders is relatively low especially, among non-permanent. The most of the traders work on the rocks and the traders are poorly organized, since the majority does not participate in the association of merchants.
