O uso da rede social Facebook na disciplina Tecnodocência sob o viés analítico do Marketing Digital

Resumo: The objective of the research is to analyze the behavior of teachers and students of the discipline Technoteaching offered in the first semester of 2019 in the development of teaching, learning and assessment actions using the social network Facebook. The use of virtual environments as an extension of the classroom in the context of teaching and learning has become increasingly common in academic life, as is the case of the referred social network. This increase highlights that teachers who use Digital Technologies of Information and Communication need to present competences related to domain of digital tools. In this perspective, Digital Marketing strategies can assist the communication of the teacher in the virtual environment, since the content will be made available in order to connect with the student, while aiming at learning that, in this case, would to materialize more significantly. The research, a Qualitative and Quantitative Case Study, had as target audience the participants of the Tecnoteaching group on the social network Facebook, composed of 2 teachers, 1 scholarship holder, 25 students from the first semester of 2019 and 193 former students of the discipline Tecnoteaching, offered as an optional for licentiate courses and the Systems and Digital Media course at UFC. The study was divided into three stages: (1) planning, where the instruments to be used in the collection and analysis were established, as well as the development of the protocols; (2) collection, which took place from February to April 2020, with the collection of posts, reactions, views and comments sent by research subjects that participate in the group; and (3) data analysis, in which data collected were interpreted from a methodological triangulation considering three categories: Topic, referring to the topics of the discipline; Person, referring to who sent the posts; and, Kind of Material, referring to the nature of the materials sent. The results, which showed numbers of views 20 times higher than the reactions, accompanied by the absence of comments made by students, showed a low engagement at the posts and brought some caveats about the planning of the discipline to the social network Facebook. Based on the Digital Marketing techniques presented, measures were also suggested to achieve better responses from participants to the posts in the group. It is intended to disseminate the results obtained in a scientific journal so more researchers have access, in addition to presenting it to the coordinators of Tecnoteaching, as well as students of the Systems and Digital Media course.

O uso de ambientes virtuais como extensão da sala de aula no contexto de ensino e aprendizagem tem se tornado cada vez mais comum no cotidiano acadêmico. Docentes que utilizam Tecnologias Digitais de Informação e Comunicação precisam apresentar competências relacionadas ao domínio das ferramentas digitais. As estratégias de Marketing Digital podem auxiliar a comunicação do professor no ambiente virtual, uma vez que o conteúdo será disponibilizado com o intuito de conectar-se ao aluno, ao mesmo tempo que tem como objetivo a aprendizagem que poderia se concretizar de forma mais significativa. A pesquisa, um Estudo de Caso de caráter qualiquantitativo, teve como público-alvo os participantes do grupo Tecnodocência na rede social Facebook, composto por 2 professores, 1 bolsista, 25 alunos da turma do primeiro semestre de 2019 e 193 ex-alunos da disciplina Tecnodocência, ofertada como optativa para os cursos de Licenciatura e de Sistemas e Mídias Digitais na UFC. O estudo se dividiu em três fases: (1) planejamento, onde foram estabelecidos os instrumentos a serem utilizados na coleta e na análise, bem como o desenvolvimento dos protocolos; (2) coleta, que se deu no período de fevereiro a abril de 2020, sendo coletadas as publicações, reações, visualizações e comentários enviados pelos sujeitos da pesquisa que participam do grupo; e (3) análise de dados, na qual foi realizada a interpretação dos dados coletados a partir de uma triangulação metodológica considerando-se três categorias: Conteúdo, referente aos conteúdos da disciplina; Pessoa, referente a quem enviou as postagens; e, Tipo de Material, referente à natureza dos materiais enviados. Os resultados, que mostraram números de visualizações 20 vezes superiores às reações, acompanhados da ausência de comentários feitos por alunos, evidenciaram um baixo engajamento nas postagens e ressalvas quanto ao planejamento da disciplina dentro da rede social Facebook. Com base em técnicas de Marketing Digital apresentadas, foram sugeridas ainda medidas para alcançar melhores respostas dos participantes aos envios no grupo.
