Moodle como uma ferramenta de aprendizagem ativa para o ensino a distância no ensino médio

This work presents the possibility of the use of Moodle as a tool for distance learning through active learning. It based on the assumption that the current system, based on traditional teaching, is unable to reach the pre-established objectives for students due the lack of depth and content internalization options. It is verified that a wider methodology is a promising way for teaching using new technologies, by being an active way of learning and unrelated to the standard system. This will be presented in a cohesive way what is the active education, as well as the tool Moddle and a proposal to use it in high school courses. It will also present case studies in which Virtual Learning Environments (AVAs) were used in schools and the reduction of evasion and increase of achievements by students who had contact with it.
