Cinema, psicanálise e transexualidade: recortes da experiência do Cine Freud

Resumo: This paper presents an overall overview of the activities of Cine Freud Project and discusses one among themes that were subject in different moments of it: transsexuality. Cine Freud aims at dialoguing with community through Cinema and Psychoanalysis being the main activity of Cine Freud, Culture and Art Extension Project, which is linked to the Laboratório de Psicanálise da UFC. Aiming at expanding its dialogue possibilities, the project currently develops partnerships with Casa Amarela Eusélio Oliveira, Cinema do Dragão - Fundação Joaquim Nabuco, Projeto Outros Olhares and Curta o Gênero by discussing issues of social importance, among them, transsexuality. Given the relevance of the debate, we present here some features that were highlighted in discussions by articulating Cinema, Psychoanalysis, and, aspects collected from the subjective and social experiences of those who today are engaged in discussions on the theme.

O Cine Freud tem como finalidade o diálogo com a comunidade através do Cinema e da Psicanálise, sendo a principal atividade do Cine Freud, Cultura e Arte, um Projeto de Extensão vinculado ao Laboratório de Psicanálise da UFC. Visando ampliar suas possibilidades de interlocução, o projeto desenvolve, atualmente, parcerias com a Casa Amarela Eusélio Oliveira, o Cinema do Dragão - Fundação Joaquim Nabuco, o Projeto Outros Olhares e o Curta o Gênero, discutindo temas de importância social, dentre eles, a transexualidade.
