Resumo: This article seeks to reflect the development of a practice of theatrical creation in school entitled SELF, from autobiographical material and "speeches himself" brought by the students. The project was carried out in the State School of Vocational Teacher César Campelo in the city of Fortaleza, Brazil. Participated in the 2nd and 3rd year students project of this institution. The creative process developed resulted in the performative installation Self, presented in the school space, building on the research of a line of more performative creation intercruzando languages of theater and performance. From games, laboratories, construction of scenes and interviews the students were encouraged to think through the 'autobiographies' space, what kinds of perceptions each had about himself and about the construction of history itself, which draw from their experiences and how was this process relationship between life and art, to translate their experiences / speeches to the scene. This research, therefore, arises from the need of the movement of invention and reinvention of the subject of discourse, with respect to forms of coercion and social norms and how these can be problematized, from sensitive aspects, the scenic area. The institution school, place of development of this research is questioned in the sense that often have the power to act directly on the conduct of individuals, limited in many cases, the moments of subjectivity in favor of a technical view of teaching. From the fertile ground of life stories, the experiential and sensory experiences of you, the student had created opportunities for other discourses and new perceptions of life and art with the theater as a space that stimulates subjective and aesthetic considerations

O projeto foi realizado na Escola Estadual de Educação Profissional Professor César Campelo, na cidade de Fortaleza, CE. Participaram do projeto alunos do 2º e 3º ano desta instituição. O processo criativo desenvolvido resultou na instalação performática Self, apresentada no espaço da escola, partindo da investigação de uma linha de criação mais performativa, intercruzando as linguagens do teatro e da performance. A partir de jogos, laboratórios, construção de cenas e entrevistas os alunos foram estimulados a pensar através do espaço das ‘autobiografias’, quais tipos de percepções cada um tinha sobre si mesmo e sobre a construção da própria história, o que extraia de suas experiências e como se dava esse processo de relação entre Vida e Arte, no sentido de traduzir suas experiências/discursos para a cena. Esta pesquisa, portanto, surge a partir da necessidade do movimento da invenção e reinvenção dos discursos do sujeito, no que tange às formas de coerção e normatização sociais e como estes podem ser problematizados, a partir dos aspectos sensíveis, pelo espaço cênico. A instituição escola, lugar de desenvolvimento desta investigação é questionada no sentido de que muitas vezes detêm o poder de agir de forma direta sobre a conduta dos indivíduos, limitando, em muitos casos, os momentos de subjetividade em prol de uma visão tecnicista do ensino.
