Resumo: The purpose of this work is to explain the changes in the National High School Exam (ENEM), charaterizing the so-called "New ENEM", discuss about projects related to ENEM as the Unified Selection System (Sisu), that allows the entry of participants who took the ENEM test in Public Universities and Federal’s Institutes, the Universiy for All Program (Prouni) which grants scholarships in Private Universities and the Student’s Financing Program (Fies). A characterization will be made about how the Competences and Skills required by the ENEM’s References Matrix in the Physics’s questions of the years 2009, 2013 and 2017 classifying them with the so-called Knowledge Objects and an analysis about the notes of the participants of the Ceara’s State referring to each Knowledege Area adressed in the ENEM.
