Resumo: Events are forms of communication and interaction and in the business sphere they are an efficient way to contact your stakeholders. Thus, this research is situated in the following question: How does the production and organization of events of large corporations take place? For this, it was defined as a general objective: To identify the profile of the scenario of large corporate events of large organizational size, from the case study in the company RESULT - Planning and Organization of Events. And specific objectives are: to highlight the fundamental activities to carry out large organizational events in the pre, trans and post event, to draw a socioeconomic profile of the organizational events developed by the company studied describe the management process of the large event organization. In the form of an exploratory study of qualitative approach and nature is descriptive. With regard to data collection, he used the standardized interview to meet the research universe, which was composed by the Event Manager of the company RESULT - Planning and Organization of Events. The data analysis method used was content analysis. It was concluded that the main activities in the pre-event stage are directly linked to the planning, where the executive coordination and the financial, technical-administrative and social controls of the event are inserted. In the trans event stage, the actions are directed to control and organize the actions developed at the time of the event and in the post to close commitments with participating companies, performing evaluation and in the post event the delivery of final report to the client, as principal activity. The most frequent large corporate events carried out by the company are those that work in multi-areas, which are usually hired by institutions and companies. And finally, regarding the description of the processes of management of large events, it was understood that these are complex and evolve several activities that are distributed from pre to post event, and the main difficulties encountered by the company in the realization Of this type of event are: the initial investment to realize the event, that is, before capturing the sponsorship and the lack of commitment of suppliers in the productive chain.

Dessa forma, esta pesquisa está situada na seguinte questão: Como se dá a produção e organização de eventos de corporativos de grande porte? Para isso, definiu-se como objetivo geral: Identificar traçar o perfil do cenário de grandes eventos corporativos de grande porte organizacionais, a partir do estudo de caso na empresa RESULT - Planejamento e Organização de Eventos. E objetivos específicos são: destacar as atividades fundamentais para realizar eventos organizacionais de grande porte no pré, trans e pós evento, traçar um perfil socioeconômico dos eventos organizacionais desenvolvidos pela empresa estudada descrever o processo de gestão da organização de eventos de grande porte. Na forma de um estudo exploratório de abordagem qualitativa e natureza é descritiva. Com relação a coleta de dados, utilizou a entrevista padronizada para atender o universo da pesquisa, que foi composto pela Gestora de eventos da empresa RESULT - Planejamento e Organização de Eventos. O método de análise dos dados utilizado foi a análise de conteúdo. Concluiu-se as principais atividades na etapa de pré-evento estão diretamente ligadas ao planejamento, onde estão inseridos a coordenação executiva e os controles financeiro, técnico-administrativo e social do evento. Na etapa de trans evento, as ações são direcionadas para controle e organização das ações desenvolvidas no momento do evento e no pós para encerramento de compromissos com empresas participantes, realização de avaliação e no pós evento a entrega de relatório final para o cliente, como principal atividade. Os mais frequentes eventos corporativos de grande porte realizados pela empresa são os que trabalham em multiáreas, que geralmente são contratados por instituições e empresas.
