Resumo: This work is an approach to teaching physics for deaf and displays the current condition of the hearing impaired in inclusive education. We had a significant evolution in science education, and we must understand that the study of physics is underlying to the development of independent learners of their difficulty or disability. This work also presents the situation of the physics teacher who has a student with a hearing impairment aiming to contribute in some way, their success within the school environment. The teaching of deaf students is a challenge for the education system, in specific for the teacher who deals directly with this situation on a day-to-day. Studies were conducted to the learning of students with deafness could be placed in a mainstream education environment and although the result to be slow, we are going the right way by making deaf students to be included not only in school but also in society. The inclusive process in Brazil effectively arises after the Salamanca Statement which is the main document that encouraged the inclusion of the Brazilian Sign Language and its context as means of communication tool linked to education of deaf people. The inclusion causes the hearing impaired people listeners be accepted by the students and that there be no gap between them. The education in the social plot, and the importance of the teaching physics involving the hearing impaired is discussed from the perspective of professors of regular high school for the deaf to be able to make decisions that could positively influence their quality of life.

Tivemos uma significativa evolução na educação científica, e temos que entender que o estudo de física é fundamental para o desenvolvimento dos alunos independente de sua dificuldade ou deficiência. Este trabalho apresenta também a situação do professor de física que tem um aluno portador de deficiência auditiva visando contribuir de alguma forma, seu êxito dentro do ambiente escolar. O ensino de alunos surdos é um desafio para o sistema de educação, em específico para o professor que trata diretamente com essa situação no dia-a-dia. Estudos foram realizados para que o aprendizado dos alunos com surdez pudesse ser inserido em um ambiente de ensino regular e, embora que o resultado seja lento, estamos indo no caminho certo fazendo com que os alunos surdos sejam incluídos não somente na escola, mas também na sociedade. O processo inclusivo no Brasil surge efetivamente após a Declaração de Salamanca que é o principal documento que incentivou a inclusão da Língua Brasileira de Sinais e o seu contexto como meio de comunicação de ferramenta ligada a educação de pessoas surdas. A inclusão faz com que os portadores de deficiência auditiva sejam aceitos pelos alunos ouvintes e que não haja diferença entre eles.
