Resumo: In Brazil and in the world, the pandemic decreed in March 2020 compelled organizations to adopt the teleworking modality, as a condition to continue active and competitive in the challenge of the current socioeconomic scenario. There are countless studies that examine the benefits and challenges of applying this working mode for organizations and for workers. However, faced with this unprecedented phenomenon, a pandemic accompanied by community containment, there are just a few studies that bring the qualitative and subjective angle of the worker. Thus, this work aims to know the viewpoint of youthful workers about teleworking carried out comprehensively during the Covid-19 pandemic. With a qualitative approach, 13 in-depth interviews were conducted with young workers from the State of São Paulo, who, on average, worked 3 months confined to their homes. We treated the data with content analysis; however, we only created the categories after the complete reading of the substance of the interviews (data-driven). The worker’s viewpoint brings aspects related to the work environment, such as resources and interpersonal relationships, and also about personal, family, and social life as a prerogative. For future studies, it is recommended to cover a greater number of teleworkers and compare the results after the pandemic period in order to understand the transition process.
