Resumo: This study aimed to perform the modeling, simulation, system identification and control strategy of a closed loop process involving steam ebulidores (dryers) fechada.Foram mesh used in the typical control methods implemented in MATLAB software, using the use of equations of conservation of mass and energy also analyzes theories of evaporators. The implementation used in the tuning of the controllers was proposed by Ziegler-Nichols.Constata to the efficiency and importance of control strategies for achieving stability in the performance of procedures as well as versatility in the presence of noise.
