InformaÃÃes sobre o papiloma vÃrus humano (HPV) em coleÃÃes de livros didÃticos de biologia do ensino mÃdio indicados pelo programa nacional do livro didÃtico de 2015.

Resumo: The textbook can be an important tool for the student body of the learning process. It can also allow the understanding of the events associated with the teaching of sexually transmitted diseases in the school context, and the relationships established between the different actors involved in this process. From this premise, this study aims to evaluate the theme of the infection caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV) in the three most widely distributed collections of High School Biology suggested by the National Textbook Program (PNLD) 2015, and to propose as a final product a digital teaching manual in the form of web site to aid the teacher in his work studies on this theme. The comments made about the works followed the criteria suggested by the 2015 PNLD and if information was consistent with those published by the World Health Organization and Ministry of Health in its publications. In the works analyzed, it was observed that comments about the STD infections and are more elaborate than those that deal or genital HPV infection by such a virus known as condyloma acuminata. Of the three collections studied here presented an information more completely, although this information cannot be considered satisfactory on HPV. The main result, it was found that there is a chance of access to information relating to sexually transmitted diseases and that young people can be lax or careless as methods of preventing such diseases among adolescents in high school stage. Thus, it was concluded that the veracity and relevance of information provided in these high school books today is not enough to allow students to know about the mechanisms of transmission and prevention of HPV and infections caused by this virus. As a palliative to get around this, it is proposed in this paper an online digital manual in the form of web site as a reliable source of information that complements existing or missing information about HPV in textbooks of high school biology, enabling broad access to this worthy topic.

Ele pode tambÃm permitir a compreensÃo dos eventos associados ao ensino das doenÃas sexualmente transmissÃveis no contexto escolar, assim como as relaÃÃes que se estabelecem entre os diferentes atores envolvidos neste processo. Partindo dessa premissa, este estudo tem como objetivo avaliar a temÃtica sobre a infecÃÃo causada pelo papiloma vÃrus humano (HPV) nas trÃs coleÃÃes mais bem distribuÃdas de Biologia do Ensino MÃdio sugeridos pelo Programa Nacional do Livro DidÃtico (PNLD) de 2015, alÃm de propor como produto final um manual didÃtico digital na forma de web site para auxÃlio ao professor em seu trabalho de estudos sobre tal tema. As observaÃÃes feitas acerca das obras seguiu os critÃrios sugeridos pelo PNLD de 2015, bem como se havia informaÃÃes condizentes com aquelas divulgadas pelo OrganizaÃÃo Mundial de SaÃde e MinistÃrio da SaÃde em suas publicaÃÃes. Nas obras analisadas, observou-se que comentÃrios feitos acerca das DST e infecÃÃes sÃo bem mais elaborados do que aqueles que tratam sobre o HPV ou a infecÃÃo genital causada por tal vÃrus conhecida com condiloma acuminado. Das trÃs coleÃÃes aqui estudadas, apenas uma apresentou informaÃÃes de forma mais completa, embora estas informaÃÃes ainda nÃo possam ser consideradas satisfatÃrias sobre o HPV. Como principal resultado, verificou-se que hà uma hipÃtese sobre acesso Ãs informaÃÃes referentes Ãs DoenÃas Sexualmente TransmissÃveis e que os jovens podem ser relapsos ou displicentes quanto aos mÃtodos de prevenÃÃo contra tais doenÃas entre adolescentes em fase de ensino mÃdio. Com isso, concluiu-se que a veracidade e relevÃncia de informaÃÃes presentes nestes livros de ensino mÃdio na atualidade nÃo à suficiente para permitir aos alunos conhecerem sobre os mecanismos de transmissÃo e prevenÃÃo contra o HPV e as infecÃÃes causadas por este vÃrus.
