Resumo: The research brought around the data collection about of the construction of a low-cost CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) milling machine. This machine is used to do the job of milling, which streamlines the manufacturing process, increases the quality of the product and has an excellent performance and a refined finish. The purpose of this study is to make this type of technology a more accessible product to those interested in its handling. This study aimed to identify the main components of a CNC machine, selecting the materials that possibly have the lowest cost that can be implemented in the process of construction of the machine, as well as the reuse of materials. The research was based on showing tools used in low-cost CNC milling machine, a survey of values of the parts to be acquired for the construction of the machine was performed, and the selection of materials that will be reused was done. This study was carried out in the city of Pau dos Ferros / RN, where UFERSA, Campus of the Universidade Federal Rural do Semi-Árido is located, where we attended the graduation in Science and Technology, and during the course we've had the opportunity to integrate the AAMEG project, in which the culmination of the project is the construction of a low-cost CNC milling machine. The results of this reseach were constructed from the studies conducted on the parts, values and materials that can be reused. The conclusions point to the real possibility of building a low-cost CNC milling machine, the costs with each part were explained, the materials that were reused were showed, comparisons with other machines constructed with the same intention were done, It could be noticed that the results were satisfactory. Therefore, it was proved, through the survey of the price and the selection of materials to be reused, the reduction of the value that will be spent in a CNC milling machine. It was shown that in spite of the high cost of this technology, it is possible to reduce it’s high value through research and reuse of materials from other peripherals.

It was shown that in spite of the high cost of this technology, it is possible to reduce it’s high value through research and reuse of materials from other peripherals.A pesquisa traz um levantamento de materiais para uma fresadora CNC (Controle Numérico Computadorizado) de baixo custo, essa máquina é usada para fazer o trabalho de fresa que agiliza o processo de fabricação e aumenta a qualidade do produto, tem um excelente desempenho e acabamento aperfeiçoado, a finalidade desse levantamento é mostrar que esse tipo de tecnologia pode ser um produto mais acessível aos interessados em seu manuseio. O objetivo desse levantamento é identificar os principais componentes de uma máquina CNC, buscar os materiais que possivelmente tenham o menor custo que podem ser implementados no processo de construção da máquina, como o reuso de materiais. A pesquisa se baseia em mostrar ferramentas utilizadas na fresadora CNC de baixo custo, realizamos um levantamento de valores das peças a serem adquiridas para construção da máquina, e fizemos a escolha de materiais que serão reaproveitados. Esse estudo foi realizado na UFERSA- CMPF, dentro do curso tivemos a oportunidade de integrar o projeto AAMEG, no qual a culminância do projeto é a construção de uma fresadora CNC de baixo custo. Os resultados da pesquisa foram construídos a partir dos estudos realizados sobre as peças, os valores e os materiais que podem ser reaproveitados. As conclusões apontam a real possibilidade da construção de uma fresadora CNC de custo reduzido, explanamos os custos com cada peça, mostramos os materiais que foram reutilizados e fizemos comparações com outras máquinas elaboradas com o mesmo intuito, assim, percebeu-se resultados satisfatórios, com isso, comprovou-se através da pesquisa de preço e da seleção dos materiais a serem reutilizados, a redução do valor que será gasto em uma fresadora CNC.
