Resumo: This study proposes to unveil the structuring elements of State’s social control over young black peoplein Brazil. To this end, a documental analysis was carried out, passing through the slavery abolition historicalprocess and social conditions that marks present times, having the prospect of racial system's maintenancewhich guarantees white Brazilian society status quo in these processes. The State is analyzed as the privileges’silent guardian and demonstrates that the structural violence which young black people are subjected, such asmass incarceration and the genocide that are in vogue at the country, are linked to the lack of access to publicpolicies, due to a historical construction of inequalities. It can be seen, then, that Brazilian's social structure isracist since its genesis, which already demystifies the fallacy that black people are criminals.

Para tanto, realiza-se uma análise documental, que perpassa pelo processo históricoda abolição e pelas condicionantes sociais que marcam a atualidade, tendo, em perspectiva, a manutenção dosistema racial que garante o status quo da sociedade brasileira branca nesses processos. O Estado é analisadocomo guardião silencioso dos privilégios e demonstra-se que a violência estrutural a que os jovens negros estãosubmetidos, como o encarceramento em massa e o genocídio que se encontram em voga no país, está atrelada àfalta de acesso às políticas públicas, decorrente de uma construção histórica de desigualdades.
