Resumo: Disinformation and hate discourses against minorities find fertile ground on the internet for their dissemination. Among other reasons, one of the causes of this phenomenon may be the weakening of the encompassing and generic scenes (MAINGUENEAU, 2010) of enunciations by the digital environment, which allows discourses of one genre to pass themselves off as members of another. With this in mind, the aim of this article is to point out discursive and technical aspects present in hate discourses against the transsexual community published on the Twitter profile of Revista Oeste that can favor their understanding as journalistic discourses. In this process we take the concept of scenography (MAINGUENEAU, 2010, 2017) and the technodiscourse (PAVEAU, 2021), in order to investigate, from the prism of the French Discourse Analysis, features of iconotextual and architectural scenography in the profile of Revista Oeste, which created a typical scenography of journalistic discourse. We conclude that, as much as the enunciations of this profile bring out transphobic preconstructions (PECHÊUX, 1975), the creation of a journalistic scenography creates the impression that these are journalistic enunciations.
