O processo de trabalho em um ambulatório de oncologia na percepção dos técnicos de enfermagem

The need for reflection on the process of work by health professionals must be constant and permanent since it is this broad, complex, dynamic and with specific characteristics. The team inserted nursing technicians in this context has knowledge about health work in that they are present in full-time in the process. Thus, this study aims to describe the perception of nursing technicians about the work process in an Oncology Clinic. The theoretical framework is supported on the concepts of work process in Health Care and existing networks of micropolitics inside, comprising the embedded technologies there. We used a qualitative approach, and the production of data was achieved through focus group. The examination of the empirical material was made according to Bardin content analysis, bringing the testimonies of the subjects for a dialogued reflection with the authors that support the theme. Following this analysis, emerged to category: (re) organization of work. Subcategories were highlighted that helped organize and sequence the discussion: Barriers in Health Care Network; Work organization focused on professional; Assistance provided to the patient as the central character; Difficulty in linking the micro processes carried out at the Clinic. We conclude that nursing, by the very characteristics of the profession, realizes the work on Health as a dynamic and articulated process, but despite advances in public policies that favor integral care, capitalism's strength and heritage of the Taylor model make the work is fragmented and assistance also focused on professionals. We also conclude that there are barriers in the health care network that transcend the discussion about work process in this area, as evidenced by the difficulty of access to health.
