Resumo: The goal of this research was the analysis of the daily work processes of a family health unit located in a neighborhood of Vila Velha – ES, in an environment of political, economical and subjective interference, which influences the productive context of workers, as well as the resulting productions and their effect on workers and users. The fact that the production in health is the result of the relationship between the worker and users was taken into account. It was also considered that health work has sense and produces subjectivity. A cartographic attitude was adopted on the production of data, whose immersion period in the field happened from January to July 2009. The methodological tools used were interviews, informal talk, daily observation as well as a collective interview with two groups in which the analyzer fluxogram was used. The results show the negative effects of the frailty in work arrangements, generating difficulties on the production of care towards the users. It also pictures the expression of different feelings that the workers lived, demonstrating the amount of sense the work has. It shows that the workers believe the Family Health Program is an important element of change in assistance, but they also criticize the way it has been worked on, especially when it refers to the maintenance of medical-centered attitudes as well as the actions upon the diseases. It was also observed that the users don’t participate effectively on the organization of the work process, which is usually vertical. It comes from the secretary, passes though the coordination and then goes to the workers. Nevertheless, it was possible to see the emerging of favorable situations in order to change the way the assistance is provided, through the questions, the resistance as well as the persistence of the actors of that context. It sees the necessity of increasing the value of worker, so that he/she can act with autonomy and safety while they take care of people. It concludes that meetings lead to a more careful, transforming attitude. It points out that the meetings with the subjects are able to change the present model, making the practice in health quite committed with life.

It points out that the meetings with the subjects are able to change the present model, making the practice in health quite committed with life.Esta pesquisa teve por objetivo a análise dos processos de trabalho do cotidiano de uma unidade de saúde da família do município de Vila Velha-ES em meio aos atravessamentos políticos, econômicos e subjetivos que perpassam o contexto produtivo dos trabalhadores, assim como das produções decorrentes e os efeitos das mesmas sobre os trabalhadores e usuários. Levou em consideração que a produção em saúde decorre da relação trabalhador-usuário e que o trabalho em saúde é dotado de sentido e produz subjetividade. Adotou postura cartográfica na produção dos dados, cujo período de imersão no campo ocorreu de janeiro a julho de 2009. Empregou como ferramentas metodológicas entrevistas, conversas informais, observações do cotidiano e a realização de dois grupos para entrevista coletiva durante os quais foi empregado o fluxograma analisador. Os resultados demonstram os efeitos negativos da precarização dos vínculos de trabalho, gerando dificuldades para a produção do cuidado com os usuários. Também retratam a expressão de sentimentos diversos que os trabalhadores vivenciaram, demonstrando o quanto o trabalho é dotado de sentido. Revelou que os trabalhadores apostam no Programa Saúde da Família como importante elemento de mudança assistencial, e que também expõem críticas à forma como o mesmo está sendo colocado em funcionamento, sobretudo no que se refere à manutenção de posturas médico-centradas e voltadas para ações sobre a doença. Constatou que os usuários não participam efetivamente da organização do processo de trabalho, que em geral é verticalizada no sentido secretaria-coordenação-trabalhadores. Entretanto, pôde constatar a emergência de situações favoráveis para a mudança do modo de se prestar assistência, que se manifestam nos questionamentos, nas resistências e nas insistências dos atores daquele contexto. Entende ser necessário valorizar o trabalhador, garantindo-lhe a possibilidade de atuar com autonomia e segurança em prol do cuidado com as pessoas. Conclui que o cuidado se efetua a partir das transformações que ocorrem nos encontros.
