Resumo:A morte e a finitude (M/F) são temas centrais na experiência humana de existir, estando  presentes – implícita ou explicitamente – no saber-fazer das profissões da área da saúde. Dentre os diferentes modos para se lidar com o binômio M/F está a arte e, mais especificamente, o cinema. De fato, díspares filmes contemporâneos têm abordado distintas perspectivas da questão, tornando-se extremamente potentes para a reflexão sobre o processo de morrer. Com base nessas considerações, objetiva-se, no presente artigo, apresentar ensaio sobre os aspectos bioéticos do binômio M/F – a partir da delimitação no problema no âmbito da saúde pública – tomando como mote as narrativas tecidas na película O clã das adagas voadoras.Palavras-Chave: Bioética; Cinema; Fim da vida, Morte. Abstract:The death and end-of-life (D/E) are central themes in human experience there, being present – implicitly or explicitly – the know-how of the health professions. Among the different ways to deal with the binomial D / E is the art and, more specifically, the movies. Indeed, disparate contemporary films have addressed different perspectives of the issue, making it extremely powerful for reflection on the process of dying. Based on these considerations, the objective is, in this article, submit essay on bioethical issues binomial D / E – from defining the problem in public health – taking as his motto the narratives woven in the film The House of Flying Daggers.Keywords: Bioethics; Cinema; End of Life, Death.
