Resumo: In this article, we analyze the experiences of young people who have graduated from high school and live in the Terra Nossa Housing Complex in Francisco Beltrão, state of Paraná, regarding school and employment. Based on historical-dialectical materialism, documents, and semi-structured interviews with eight young people, we identified that two education networks coexist, aimed at fitting young people into jobs according to categories such as ethnicity, social class, income, and gender. The network aimed at workers is aimed at training them for the job market. We conclude that the effective experience of the social moratorium is limited by class. A partir del materialismo histórico-dialéctico, de documentos y de entrevistas semiestructuradas con ocho jóvenes, identificamos que coexisten dos redes educativas, dirigidas a encuadrar a los jóvenes en empleos según categorías como etnia, clase social, renta y género. La red dirigida a los trabajadores tiene como objetivo formarlos para el mercado laboral. Concluimos que la experiencia efectiva de la moratoria social está limitada por la clase social. Com base no materialismo histórico-dialético, em documentos e entrevistas semiestruturadas com oito jovens, identificamos que coexistem duas redes de ensino voltadas ao enquadramento das juventudes aos postos de trabalho, tendo em conta etnia, classe social, renda e gênero. A rede voltada aos trabalhadores visa à formação para o mercado de trabalho. Concluímos que a efetiva vivência da moratória social é limitada pela condição de classe.
