Resumo: The article seeks to advance the conceptualization of empresariamento of education, from the theoretical and historical elaborations already produced, in the analysis of the neoliberal historical bloc, seeking to capture its more general determinants and its particular mediations. Thinking about the entrepreneurship of education as an intrinsic dimension of capitalism, at an abstract level, it defends that its concrete forms are carried out through the mediation of the ethical-political organization of the bourgeoisie and its articulation in the Integral State. In its historical dimension, it brings the Corporate-Military coup, of 1964, as the genesis of this process, which takes place through the occupation of posts and the organization of political society agencies, as well as the construction of consensus, within the scope of civil society.

Pensando en el emprendimiento de la educación como una dimensión intrínseca del capitalismo, a nivel abstracto, defiende que sus formas concretas se realizan a través de la mediación de la organización ético-política de la burguesía y su articulación en el ámbito del Estado Integral. En su dimensión histórica, trae el golpe empresarial-militar, de 1964, como la génesis de este proceso, que se da mediante la ocupación de cargos y la jerarquización de las instancias de la sociedad política, así como la construcción de consensos, en el ámbito de la sociedad civil.O artigo busca contribuir para a conceituação de empresariamento da educação, a partir da sistematização de seus determinantes gerais e da análise de suas mediações particulares. Através das elaborações já desenvolvidas na análise do bloco histórico neoliberal, pensa o empresariamento da educação como dimensão intrínseca ao capitalismo, em nível abstrato, que se realiza, concretamente, por mediação da organização ético-política da burguesia e de sua articulação no âmbito do Estado Integral. Em sua dimensão histórica, traz o golpe empresarial-militar, de 1964, como gênese desse processo, no Brasil.
