Resumo: | This article presents reflections on the reality of teaching work based on current issues experienced by teachers. In this way, the objective of this article is to present and reflect aspects about a formative experience of research and pedagogical practice of emergency remote internship as a process of initial formation of undergraduates. This article is based on the qualitative assumptions of research in education. Thus, in this work, through an experience report, woven in supervised internship activities, some of the challenges faced in the classroom and in the daily work of teaching were addressed, pointing out how society contributes to the devaluation of the profession. In this sense, there is a two-way street regarding expectations in relation to teaching: on the one hand, the teacher who must offer quality classes and prioritize serious training for a better performance that values respect for diversity and subjectivity; and on the other, social recognition and appreciation of the professional is expected, in addition to autonomy to better carry out their activities and have their rights guaranteed. |

De este modo, el objetivo de este artículo es presentar y reflexionar sobre aspectos de una experiencia formativa de investigación y práctica pedagógica de pasantía remota de emergencia como proceso de formación inicial de los estudiantes de grado. Este artículo se basa en los supuestos cualitativos de la investigación en educación. De esta manera, se abordó este trabajo, a través de un informe de experiencia, tejido en las actividades de la pasantía supervisada, algunos de los desafíos que se enfrentan en el aula y en la rutina diaria del trabajo docente, señalando cómo la sociedad contribuye a la desvalorización de la profesión. Existe, en este sentido, una doble vía sobre las expectativas en relación con la enseñanza: por un lado, el profesor que debe ofrecer clases de calidad y priorizar una formación seria para un mejor desempeño que valore el respeto a la diversidad y la subjetividad; y por otro, se espera el reconocimiento social y la valoración profesional, así como la autonomía para desempeñar mejor sus actividades y tener garantizados sus derechos.O presente artigo apresenta reflexões sobre a realidade do trabalho docente a partir de questões atuais vivenciadas por professores. Desta maneira, o objetivo é apresentar e refletir aspectos acerca de uma experiência formativa de pesquisa e prática pedagógica de estágio remoto emergencial enquanto processo de formação inicial de licenciandos. O artigo fundamenta-se nos pressupostos qualitativos de pesquisa em educação. Desta forma, foram abordados, por meio de um relato de experiência, tecido nas atividades de estágio supervisionado, alguns dos desafios enfrentados dentro da sala de aula e do cotidiano do trabalho docente, apontando como a sociedade contribui para a desvalorização da profissão.
