Resumo: The objective is to show in the Metropolitan Zone of Mexico City (ZMCM) the increase in inequality from the period of import substitution to neoliberalism, the strategies to solve the crisis increased unemployment, deregulation and trade openness, consequently, fiscal transfers were made in infrastructure for mobility. In the region, in particular, there has been no progress in redistribution, on the contrary, the isolation of the subordinate class is advancing, through veils such as the rights of the individual, ideological fantasies and false securities, which amalgamate interaction, socialization. One of the mistakes is directing transfers to car-oriented infrastructure, versus quality public transportation, healthy streets for pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorcyclists. The orientation condemns class-conscious planners and officials who, by privileging subordinates, ostracize, as a result of the favored class project, for which reason inequality goes beyond income and production, through the symbols of prestige and discredit. The research was carried out based on the analysis of the Encuesta Origen Destino 2007 and 2017, the perception and evaluation of the avenues by users, who identified obstacles when walking.
