This research was concerned about issues on the relation between academic laboratories, from a study of a food laboratory, and small and micro business. At first it was aimed to understand dynamic of this relationship, who are the stakeholders, which are their priority agendas and what is the possible convergence degree between them. At second it was aimed to understand the environment where this relation takes place adding some elementary questions as the degree of importance and their unavoidability. Third, knowing the stakeholders, their agendas and environment where they act, the research tried to identify possible intervention regarding to enhance integration and, for this way, increase the possibility of system social answer. Two techno scientific methodologies were used: (i) the MCT project that was turned into SBRT and (ii) the LABNE UFF s laboratory. Both devices were useful for data acquisition and storage, allowing confrontation and comparison between demand and offer, between requirement and execution capacity, in short, between expectations and achievements. The result obtained was a general map of possibilities and difficulties that exist on the effort to produce a collective subject, identified at the end as a kind of Pasteur paradigm , that can be able to enlarge number of researches that can contribute simultaneously to the knowledge improvement and to practical applications, from a better organic and systematical relation between universities and small and micro business.
