Empreendedorismo e educação : o SEBRAE na escola

Resumo: The objective of this study was to analyze the entrepreneurship in the interior of the school, saw SEBRAE, through its course Formation of Young Entrepreneurs, destined to the pupils of average education. From the occured changes in the capitalism, in the last quarter of the passed century, a new model of worker if makes necessary to take care of the marketing demands of the capital, aiming at to give new breath to the way of capitalist production, that comes passing for plus one of its crises. In this direction, a set of ideological slight knowledge has been publish/imposed as being the great makers of the formation restricted human being to the interests of the capital. They would be these slight knowledge: the ability, the employability and the entrepreneurship. These are produced by the dominant speech as form to convince the diligent classroom if to adjust passively to the changes that come occurring. The entrepreneurship for its turn comes with intention to point with respect to the people the perspective of the auto-job while solution for the structural unemployment caused by the proper metabolism of the accumulation of the capital. Felt this break do materialistic method description-dialectic, we look for to analyze the perspective notion of entrepreneurship, on a of totality, to break das changes that come occurring, looking for to emphasize that this notion is deriving gave process. At as a moment we look for to analyze the constitution of the history of the SEBRAE (Brazilian System of Support the Micron and Small Company), that she is prolongation of the occured changes in the decade of 1990, but that it is initiated in the period of the 1960-70, when the creation of the CEBRAE is had (Brazilian Center of Managemental Assistance to the Small Average e Company), SEBRAE with "C", with intention to take care of to the demands dominant of the time. In this passage, we identify the moment where it appears the speech of the entrepreneurship that is constituted in the decade of 1990, to the flavors of the changes that come occurring in the capitalism. Finally, in the specific analyses of the course of the SEBRAE, we conclude that its vision of man is natural-functionalist and its perspective of knowledge is subjective-relativist a time that the entrepreneurship notion has for base the ability notion. Thus, we are contrary to this restricted vision of formation human being. In counterpoint we are favorable the polytechnical conception of education that glimpses the radical transformation of the capitalist society aiming at its overcoming.

A partir das mudanças ocorridas no capitalismo, no último quartel do século passado, um novo modelo de trabalhador se faz necessário para atender as demandas mercadológicas do capital, visando a dar novo fôlego ao modo de produção capitalista, que vem passando por mais uma de suas crises. Neste sentido, um conjunto de noções ideológicas tem sido divulgadas/impostas como sendo as grandes balizadoras da formação humana restrita aos interesses do capital. Seriam estas noções: a competência, a empregabilidade e o empreendedorismo. Estas são produzidas pelo discurso dominante como forma de convencer a classe trabalhadora a se adequar passivamente às mudanças que vem ocorrendo. O empreendedorismo por seu turno vem com o intuito de apontar para as pessoas a perspectiva do auto-emprego enquanto solução para o desemprego estrutural causado pelo próprio metabolismo da acumulação do capital. Neste sentido, a partir do método materialista histórico-dialético, procuramos analisar a noção de empreendedorismo, numa perspectiva de totalidade, a partir das mudanças que vem ocorrendo, procurando enfatizar que esta noção é oriunda deste processo. Num segundo momento procuramos analisar a constituição da história do SEBRAE (Sistema Brasileiro de Apoio a Micro e Pequena Empresa), que é caudatária das mudanças ocorridas na década de 1990, mas que se inicia no período de 1960-70, quando se tem a criação do CEBRAE (Centro Brasileiro de Assistência Gerencial à Pequena e Média Empresa), o SEBRAE com C , com o intuito de atender às demandas dominante da época. Neste percurso, identificamos o momento em que aparece o discurso do empreendedorismo que é constituído na década de 1990, aos sabores das mudanças que vem ocorrendo no capitalismo. Por fim, nas análises específicas do curso do SEBRAE, concluímos que sua visão de homem é natural-funcionalista e sua perspectiva de conhecimento é subjetivo-relativista uma vez que a noção de empreendedorismo tem por base a noção de competência. Assim, somos contrários a esta visão restrita de formação humana.
