Resumo: | This paper presents a philosophical and theoretical reflection about culture, health and nursing. Three instances will be highlighted, such as: knowledge, right and human critical making. For this reason, we selected three authors that understand philosophy as knowledge which puts the acting and knowledge problems as question or process.The nurse realizes that he is able to transform the nature and that he is also capable to modify himself through his job. Health is a right to be conquered and historically, this view achieves a figure even if slowly in the modern society. We came to the conclusion that culture appears as an energy which feeds the triangle culture, health and nursing. |

Enfocaremos las tres instancias como saber, derecho y hacer crítico humano, respectivamente. Elegimos, para eso, autores que entienden la filosofía como un saber que pone los problemas del pensar y del actuar como cuestión o proceso. La cultura es comprendida como respuesta del hombre al desafío de la existencia donde el humano se realiza. La enfermería es hacer crítico-humano y al hacer, el enfermero se hace. Al actuar el enfermero se realiza, se percibe capaz de transformar la naturaleza y a si mismo a través de su trabajo. La salud es un derecho a ser conquistado e históricamente, esta perspectiva pasa a ganar cuerpo, aunque lentamente, en la sociedad moderna. Se concluye que la cultura aparece como “savia” que nutre la acción humana, la forma a través de la cual la humanidad se configura en el triángulo cultura, salud y enfermería.Trata-se de um trabalho que apresenta uma reflexão teórico-filosófica acerca da cultura, saúde e enfermagem. Selecionamos autores que entendem a filosofia como um saber que coloca os problemas do pensar e do agir como questão ou processo. Focalizamos três instâncias, a saber: a cultura, a saúde e a enfermagem como saber, direito e fazer crítico. A cultura é compreendida como resposta do homem ao desafio da existência onde o humano se realiza. A enfermagem é um fazer crítico humano e ao fazer, o enfermeiro se faz. O enfermeiro percebe-se como capaz de transformar a natureza e a si mesmo no trabalho. A saúde é um direito a ser conquistado e historicamente esta perspectiva passa a ganhar corpo, ainda que lentamente, na cidade moderna.
