Programs of attention to the mental health of the workers of the federal institutions of higher education

Resumo: | The purpose of this study is to verify if the Brazilian Federal Higher Education Institutions, have Mental Health’s policy to attend its workers and, in those that have one, to verify its structure and links to the managing plan of the respective institution. Also objectified to describe the “Healthy-Mind” (Saudavelmente) Program developed by the Mental Health Team of the Community Department of the Federal University of Goias available for university community, in particular, for its workers. This is a descriptive and exploratory of a survey and documental research. The results are presented in two topics: Approach to the workers Mental Health care assistance reality at the Brazilian Federal High Education Institutions: subject characterization, the Mental Health at the Federal High Education Institutions, Mental Health care assistance at the Federal High Education Institutions, Limitation factors to the Mental Health care assistance at the Federal High Education Institutions. From 13 (100%) institutions, nine (69%) develop actions of Mental Health attention, but five (38%) is destined to colleges students, and four (31%) to the workers. Three (23%) institutions do not develop any program for Mental Health attention, and one (8%) did not inform. The “Healthy-Mind” Program description evidences that it is interdisciplinary, existing since four years ago and constitutes a important tool to prevention and treatment ask functions has four years and constitutes an instrument with action for health damage prevention and treatment for the Federal University of Goias community. The workers suffering reflect in their family daily, in their work team with repercussions in the productivity and fits to the manager to implement actions that the workers, and itself, reach their personal and professional accomplishment, therefore the quality of life at work. |

También objetiva describir el Programa SALUDABLEMENTE desarrollado por el Equipo de Salud Mental de la Pro Rectoría de Asuntos de la Comunidad Universitaria de la Universidad Federal de Goias y disponible para la comunidad, en particular, para sus obreros. Esto es un estudio descriptivo/exploratorio del tipo survey e investigación documentaria. Los resultados se presentan en dos temas siendo el primero el Acérquese de la Realidad de la Atención a la Salud Mental de los obreros de las Instituciones Federales de Educación Superior Brasileñas: Caracterización de los sujetos de la pesquisa, la Salud Mental en las Instituciones Federales de Educación Superior, Asistencia a la Salud Mental en las Instituciones Federales de Educación Superior, Limitadores para la asistencia a la Salud Mental en las Instituciones Federales de Educación Superior y el segundo la Descripción del Programa SALUDABLEMENTE, presentando la experiencia documentada pela PROCOM/UFG de los caminos trillados por los profesionales para el desarrollo del programa de atención a la salud mental de la comunidad universitaria. De 13 (100%) de las Instituciones Federales de Educación Superior Brasileñas , nueve (69%) desarrollan acciones de atención de Salud Mental, pero cinco (38%) se destina a los estudiantes de las universidades, y cuatro (31%) a los obreros. Tres (23%) las instituciones no desarrollan ningún programa para la atención de Salud Mental, y uno (8%) no informó. La descripción del programa Programa SALUDABLEMENTE lo evidencia siendo de carácter multidisciplinar, funciona hace cuatro años y constituye una herramienta con acciones para prevención y tratamiento de agraves a la salud mental de la comunidad da Universidad Federal de Goiás. El sufrimiento del trabajador se reflecte en su cotidiano familiar, en el equipo con repercusiones en la productividad del trabajo colectivo y cabe al gestor implementar acciones para que los trabajadores y a el propio alcance de la realización personal y profesional, por consiguiente la calidad de vida al trabajo.O presente estudo propõe verificar se as Instituições Federais de Ensino Superior, brasileiras, dispõem de programas de saúde mental para atender seus trabalhadores e, naquelas que os possuem, busca verificar sua estrutura e vínculos ao plano gestor da respectiva Universidade. Também objetiva descrever o Programa SAUDAVELMENTE, desenvolvido pela Equipe de Saúde Mental da Pró -Reitoria de Assuntos da Comunidade Universitária da Universidade Federal de Goiás e disponibilizado à comunidade universitária, em particular, aos seus trabalhadores. Para tanto, fiz a opção por um estudo descritivo/exploratório, do tipo survey e pesquisa documental. Os resultados são apresentados em dois tópicos, sendo o primeiro a Aproximação da Realidade da Atenção à Saúde Mental dos Trabalhadores das Instituições Federais de Ensino Superior: Caracterização dos sujeitos da pesquisa, A Saúde mental nas IFES, Assistência à Saúde Mental nas IFES, Limitadores para a assistência à saúde mental nas IFES e o segundo a Descrição do Programa SAUDAVELMENTE, apresentando a experiência documentada pela PROCOM/UFG dos caminhos trilhados pelos profissionais para desenvolvimento de programa de atenção à saúde mental de comunidade universitária. Das 13 (100%) das IFES pesquisadas nove (69%) desenvolvem ações de atenção à saúde mental, sendo cinco (38%) destinadas aos universitários e quatro (31%) aos trabalhadores. Três (23%) das IFES não desenvolvem programa de atenção à saúde mental e uma (8%) não informa. A descrição do Programa SAUDAVELMENTE evidencia-se que este é de caráter interdisciplinar, funciona há quatro anos e constitui um instrumento com ações para prevenção e tratamento de agravos da saúde mental da comunidade da Universidade Federal de Goiás.
