Resumo: | Article of reflection concerning the concept of lived dialogic relation with the child, family and team in pediatric cardiac ICU at the light of the Humanistic Theory of Paterson and Zderad, as an instrument of nursing care humanization. The process to take care of requires envolvement, genuine presence, therefore the being that takes care of entirely meets in the space and temporality lived by the well-taken care of being. The action of to take care of is singular and individual, however it has envolvement of the people in a lived dialogic relation to change, to share in a movement of double hand to give and to receive. Thus it is possible to become the practical one nursing humanistic, accomplishes and resolutive. |

El proceso para tomar cuidado de requiere el envolvement, presencia genuina, por lo tanto de el cual toma cuidado satisface enteramente en el espacio y la temporalidad vivió por el cuidado bien-tomado de ser. La acción para tomar cuidado de es singular e individual, no obstante tiene envolvement de la gente en una relación dialogica vivida a cambiar, a compartir en un movimiento de la mano doble a dar y a recibir. Así es posible convertirse en un cuidado práctico humanistico, logra y resolutorio.Artigo de reflexão acerca do conceito de relação dialógica com a criança, família e equipe em UTIP cardíaca à luz da Teoria Humanística de Paterson e Zderad, como instrumento de humanização do cuidado de enfermagem. O processo de cuidar requer envolvimento, presença genuína, pois o ser que cuida encontra-se inteiramente presente na temporalidade e espacialidade vividos pelo ser cuidado. A ação de cuidar é singular e individual, porém há envolvimento das pessoas em uma relação dialógica de trocar, compartilhar em um movimento de mão dupla de dar e receber.
